Office Leasing Services

Bissell’s Office Leasing Services team leases office space in Charlotte at Ballantyne Corporate Park and SouthPark Office Properties. Awarded the 2010 International Office Park of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association, Ballantyne Corporate Park is a 535-acre master-planned business community featuring over four million square feet of Class A office space. The Park is zoned for more than six million square feet of office space, medical office, restaurants and hotels.

Bissell also offers move-in-ready offices and executive suites, meeting space and virtual office programs at Ballantyne Business Center.
